Focusing specifically on a complete range of hydraulic, Industrial and PTFE hoses with matched couplings together with a full hose cover protection programme ensure that customers have the opportunity to find solutions to their requirements and problems. MIP are approved to ISO 9001-2000 and operated fully computerised order processing and despatch procedures providing a fast and efficient service.

Mercia International Products Limited was formed in November 2002 to supply Fluid Transfer products to the general hydraulic, Industrial and Mining Industries.

As part of a planned strategy M.I.P. has invested in fully computerised order processing and despatch systems which enables customers to receive a fast, efficient and effective service. One of the main strengths of the company is the ability to provide both technical and installation support through qualified and experienced engineering / sales personnel.

Operating from a modern well stocked warehouse M.I.P. can offer a wide range of hoses, couplings and adaptors to International standards that will meet the requirements of the Fluid Transfer market.

Hose Protection

Mercia International Products stocks a full range of hydraulic hose and electrical cable safety covers that are capable of providing solutions to issues relating to: operator personal safety, external hose and cable protection; from either heat or abrasion and also hydraulic oil spill containment. Mazzer, our suppliers have developed an extensive family of protection products tailored to meet a wide variety of industrial needs and requirements.

Welding

Mercia International Products offers a comprehensive range of approved welding hose assemblies in standard and custom lengths. Assemblies intended for light work have a 1/4" (6mm) or 5/16" (8mm) inside diameter and for heavy duty welding and cutting operations assemblies are supplied with an inside diameter of 3/8" (10mm).

Petroleum Products

MIP manufactures petroleum dispensing hose assemblies in accordance with EN 1360. The wire braid hose construction provides excellent kink resistance, low computer creep and long service life.

The assembly and test facility is operated with formal procedures as part of the ISO 9001-2000 quality system ensuring a high quality assembly is always maintained.

PTFE Hose

Mercia International Products can supply high quality straight and convoluted PTFE tube, braided or un-braided in a variety of popular sizes. Manufactured by UNI GASKET s.r.l; one of Italy's foremost PTFE tube producers, we are confident that these PTFE tubes and hoses offer a lightweight, flexible and durable solution to a wide range of arduous industrial applications.

In addition to the standard translucent tube, a conductive PTFE version is also available upon request across the CL & FH ranges.

Hydraulic Programme

MIP has developed a close working relationship with Intertraco, to provide a comprehensive hydraulic programme for the fluid transfer market. Intertraco was established in 1979 in Suzzara (Mantova) as a Company specialising in components for mechanical and hydraulic hose power transmission.

Mining Adaptors

Mercia International Products Ltd is a UK based company specialising in the supply of hydraulic components to the Mining Industry.

The centre piece of the hydraulic support system is a full line mining adaptors programme in both standard, high performance styles and compact 'Flush Fit'. These mining adaptors are used to connect and interface with hose assemblies, isolation ball valves, filters and pipelines providing an integrated and comprehensive package.
