A tariff analysis is always undertaken to enable comprehensive tendering information to be provided to prospective suppliers, a prerequisite being a copy of recent bills and chosen method of billing required by the customer. A more detailed tender document will involve less of a risk, the supplier's quotation will therefore be more competitive.
Potential customers should check termination arrangements with their existing supplier, failure to notify in writing within the prescribed timescale will lead to a "roll-over" renewal usually at unfavourable prices.
